摘要: In this paper, we present a general computational and operational framework for the Fuzzy Cognitive Network FCN, which is direct extension of Maps FCM. The proposed assumes network operation, continuously receives feedback from system it describes outputs control or decision values. This way, its knowledge updated making suitable adaptive even tasks. interconnection weights are based on modified delta rule that provides smooth fast convergence prevents concept weight values being saturated. To avoid intensive interference updating mechanism with real system, technique stores previously encountered situations in fuzzy database. explanation methodology interweaved FCN description simulated hydro-electric plant, also used experimental results. can be both on-line
