摘要: Abstract A new method for the determination of base ratios nucleic acids has been developed. This uses gas-liquid chromatographic analysis purines and pyrimidines arising on perchloric acid hydrolysis acids. The bases are separated as a single fraction from other products by simple ion-exchange step analyzed methylated derivatives which formed, separated, measured in unit injection alcoholic tetramethylammonium hydroxide. Useful data can be obtained nanomolar levels bases. Refinement techniques should allow extending sensitivity to less than 1 microgram acid.
