摘要: The high potential of knowledge to create economies scale attracted the interest towards understanding dynamics its diffusion. new developments in collaborative and participatory role web emerges structures driving need Web based indicators for studying diffusion on Web. We present results an exploratory case-study investigating tagging citing practices WWW `06 conference papers. observed two important patterns: (1) Papers which got heavily tagged all three applications Delicious, Citeulike Bibsonomy (average total tags > 6) generally achieved a number citations. also that most were from 2006 citations 2007. This indicated may hold foretelling future volume regenerative research. (2) Terms appearing tag-clouds highly papers reappear frequently titles respective shows tag clouds have forecasting context as well. It furthermore indicates users with multiple according their specific contexts use well content artifact. Based these patterns we propose be used supplementary indicator model
