摘要: Challenges like finite fossil fuels, impacts of climate change, and risks nuclear energy require a transformation systems which implies itself, e.g. technical or socio-economic still unknown unexpected surprises. Nevertheless, in order to follow the direction desired by transformation, question arises how processes socio-technical (system innovations) can be influenced. Guiding orientation (GOPs) could represent such possibility give where directions are taken up with guiding concept ideas—understood as socially shared, views deemed simultaneously feasible for future—being specified together selected addressees, spread implemented. Next main whether GOPs system innovations, we focused on factors supporting effectiveness these possibilities limitations connected their use. In answer questions theoretically, developed (1) three-level model differentiating orientations into three levels representing relationship an important content-related factor, (2) definition giving form ideas true (3) phase ideal GOP its phases triggering, specifying, spreading implementing. Within our empirical studies, analysed two sustainable respectively resilient system. Thereby, confirm that direct innovations if certain considered abstracted within model.
