摘要: Not all women who apply qualify for a civil protective order. This study compares the type and severity of violence reported by qualified with that experienced did not qualify. Ninety seeking order against male intimate were interviewed. Findings indicated 28% applying primarily because cohabitation requirements or childbearing status.
