摘要: The characteristics of knowledge relevant to initiate innovation projects or improve existing manufacturing processes have been identified against the background an organisation participating in a collaborative process chain. Those improvement rely on differing types knowledge, which must be combined order determine current state, desired and methodology get there. In environment, all these can fragmented stored within certain partitions resembled by people, organisational units. Within this paper, two different units, management employees focal organization those related partners selected illustrate problem. By adapting Johari window map exchange, paper identifies intra- inter-organisational barriers.
