摘要: Background Initial rehabilitation in juvenile patients with oligodontia is a major challenge for the dentist. Conventional permanent prosthetic and/or implantological treatment options alongside natural teeth are contraindicated growing patients, because their skeletal development still progress. Case Report A non-invasive temporary-fixed option an adolescent patient presented by use of adhesively cemented (non-prep) all-ceramic onlays primary teeth. The outcome was monitored over period 4 years. Conclusion Long-term preservation persistent may be meaningful alternative to removable dentures oligodontia. Intermediate should cause no more than mild psychological stress and improve quality life, especially when extensive orthodontic planned at end patient's growth.
