摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain the title substrate outstanding in resistance to heat and moisture by casting curing a liquid resin composition mainly consisting of acid anhydride prepared incorporating 4,4'-hexafluoroisopropylidene diphthalic an epoxy specific composition. CONSTITUTION:(A) An (i) at room temperature, containing aromatic group (pref. bisphenol A glycidyl ether) with (ii) solid so that resulting becomes is incorporated (B) agent adding 5-50wt.% compound formula mixture pref. comprising hydrogenated maleic acid-modified arocimene terpinene weight ratio 20-80% followed mixing on heating homogeneously mixing, defoaming then curing, thus obtaining objective substrate.
