摘要: We detect a zero-redshift O VII Heα absorption line with signal-to-noise ratio of 6.4. explore two models, which associate this (1) the intragroup gas in Local Group and (2) hot halo vicinity our Milky Way. In model 1, we find for standard β-model distribution that temperature is 2.3 × 105 K < T 1.2 106 baryon overdensity δb ~ 100; both results are consistent properties so-called warm-hot intergalactic medium predicted by cosmological simulations. also core radius should be greater than 100 kpc. 2, several possible Galactic origins absorption, including possibility associated VI observed direction Far Ultraviolet Spectroscopic Explorer. strong indication collisional ionization dominant source absorption.
