摘要: Growth of Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) in BHK-21 cells was stimulated the presence 20 to 40 mug sodium salt oleic acid (cis-9-octadecenoic acid, 9-18:1) per ml supplemented Waymouth medium. The stimulatory effect highest when 9-18:1 added after adsorption virus. Study other fatty acids on growth JEV showed following results: longer chain length saturated salt, higher viral growth. In contrast, polyunsaturated had an inhibitory isomeric cis-octadecenoic variable, depending upon position double bond. cis-6-octadecenoic compared octadecenoic acids. (1-14C) cis-9-octadecenoic (9-18:1, mug/ml) rapidly incorporated into control and JEV-infected cells. Specific radioactivity phosphatidylcholine dropped 12 24 h inoculation, whereas synthesis phosphatidylethanolamine increased inoculation infected uninfected Results from these studies suggest that phospholipid metabolism is markedly changed, which can be associated with altered using labeled as a marker.
