摘要: Two major types of Frankia strains are usually recognized, based on the ability to sporulate in-planta: spore-positive (Sp+) and spore-negative (Sp-). We carried out a study Sp+ Sp- nodules collected Alnus glutinosa, incana viridis. The were phenotyped using improved histology methods, endophytic strain genotype was determined multilocus sequence analysis approach. An additional sampling done assess relation between phenotype frequency genetic diversity at alder stand scale. Our results revealed that (i) Alnus-infective genetically different even when sampled from same host-plant species; (ii) there least two distinct phylogenetic lineages cluster according species without regard geographic distance (iii) is very low scale compared with strains. Difference in evolutionary history allows us discuss possible ecological role in-planta sporulation.
