摘要: The Operation of Distance Education has become a major mode education because the conventional is unable to meet growing demand for admission into tertiary institutions. Through application purposive sampling technique (procedure) this research brings light operations in Ghana at level. In establishing this, literature covering different aspects operational challenges reviewed. Both qualitative and quantitative analyses were applied. results from respondents denote "good" impression about operation that students can add more academic professional value their careers while working. However, socio-economic financial factors posed problems participants. Combination work studies identified as challenge pursuing Education. use electronic media, employing tutors, ensuring relatively permanent teaching-learning venues other facilitate efficacy considerable improvement Ghana. To make distance effective, following recommendations are made: modern I.C.T. tools must be used Education; institutions organizations should made accept Certificates; lecturers/instructors employed; study leave solve difficulty face; scope widen cover many subjects taught.
