Energy aware paradigm for energy efficient ICT: a systemic approach

摘要: Energy is imposing as the new constraint in ICT sector and problem of energy efficient has consequently arisen. In this paper we discuss systemic approach that our opinion should be taken reference framework to address develop deploy solutions for achieving based systems. Such a paradigm can useful both research community industries designing aware algorithms, networking protocols systems sustainable growth prosperity.
