摘要: In a retrospective study, the prevalence of antibodies to Chlamydia trachomatis serovars D K, C. pneumoniae, and psittaci in cases attending genitourinary clinic was examined. Blood samples were collected from 7,002 Doncaster, England between May 1983 1990. Sera these tested by modified microimmunofluorescence test using panels microdots egg-grown, purified elementary bodies representing pool single pneumoniae agent, negative control. Serum specimens for presence IgG IgM at starting dilutions 1/16 1/8, respectively. Chlamydial level or higher 1/8 present 66.6% 2.6% samples, Species-specific cross-reactive against 32.6%, 25.1%, 0.1% 8.7% similar two all three species (group-specific). 2.5%, 0.03%, 0.04% The results study show that account up half chlamydia positive clinics.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
