摘要: Virtual private LAN services (VPLS) connection requests have different QoS requirements such as delay and violation probability bounds. Each VPLS are to be met in isolation from other connections. However, intensive studies by some researchers of the existing measurement based admission control (MBAC) algorithms revealed that none these where able meet distinct This paper presents an online distributed algorithm, which is on measuring link traffic. The empirical histogram measured fitted into a gamma distribution, used calculate required bandwidth reserved each requirements. simulation results for evaluating algorithm performance show capable meeting admitted two three times more than number connections deterministic can admit
