摘要: Nucleic acid sequence analysis was used to determine the phylogenetic relationships amongst rabies viruses isolated from typical canid hosts such as bat-eared fox, jackal and dog in South Africa (SA). Geographical factors were taken into account selection of isolates three different regions within genomes compared for their use indicators. The genome regions, being cytoplasmic domain G-gene, G-L intergenic pseudogene antigenic II N-gene found differ terms nucleic conservation, but produced similar results when analyzed phylogenetically. SA be closely related could clearly distinguished all other virus groups which data is available. In addition four mongoose studied shown distant group well any (or group) Our also indicate that spillover between distinct viverrid host reservoirs may occur.
