摘要: Based on aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) consisting of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, a hydrophilic ionic liquid (IL), and K2HPO4, new simple extraction technique, coupled with reversed-phase high performance chromatography (RP-HPLC), was developed for the simultaneous concentration analysis testosterone (T) epitestosterone (ET) in human urine. Under optimal conditions, efficiencies both analytes were 80-90% one-step extraction. The method required only 3.0 mL urine single hydrolysis/deproteinization/extraction step followed by direct injection IL-rich upper phase into HPLC system analysis. has been satisfactorily applied to T ET detection limits 1 ng/mL linear ranges 10-500 compounds. Compared conventional liquid-liquid or solid extraction, this is much "greener" due no use volatile organic solvent low consumption IL. proposed technique opens up possibilities separation other drugs.
