摘要: This study aimed to identify barriers and facilitators of mental health care for patients with trauma histories via qualitative methods clinicians administrators from primary clinics the underserved. Individual interviews were conducted, followed by a combined focus group three jurisdictions; there groups each clinic system. Common themes identified, responses compared. Administrators report extensive among patients. Clinician include lack time, patient resistance, inadequate referral options; cite reimbursement issues, staff training, clarity about term trauma.
