摘要: Seeking to evaluate the use of cheese whey on growth swine, liquid serum from was used substitute for 0%; 20% or 30% dry substance rations composed by corn and bran soy with 15% crude protein. Thirty two animals, males females, crossbred Landrace x Large white, weighing initially 26.3 kg in average, were distributed conform a 4x2 factorial experiment, treatments being four levels substitution ration supplied form, replications. The data had been submitted an analysis variance test polynomial regression. swine fed didnt present differences (p<0.05) performance carcass characteristics. effect sex significant weight at 112 days. It observed interaction between daily average gain alimentary conversion, better females. can technically be recommended growing swine.
