摘要: The deployment of Over-The-Top (OTT) Voice over IP (VoIP) applications has been accelerated after the adoption high-speed communications technologies (e.g.: LTE) by mobile operators. Additionally, high incurring costs imposed on subscribers who are roaming outside their Home Public Land Mobile Network (HPLMN) also contributed to widespread coverage OTT VoIP. As a result, operators witnessing dramatic drop Average Revenue per User (ARPU). Current VoIP apps fail interwork with circuit switched phone calls without compromising security requirements regulators MNOs. In this paper we propose method that secures competitive edge for current apps. It bridges CS PS networks and provides full control operator while maintaining same requirements. Moreover, an additional feature enabling multi-device reachability through subscriber’s number (MSISDN) which is provided operator. method’s implementation verifies system little impact infrastructure.
