摘要: Abstract Nanocrystalline Ni 0.7 Mn 0.3 Nd x Fe 2– O 4 ferrites with values ranging from 0.00 to 0.10, in step of 0.02, have been prepared by the emulsion method. The structure and morphology ferrite nanoparticles were measured using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) Mossbauer spectra. It is shown that single spinel structure. average crystallite sizes samples calculated Scherrer' relationship are almost identical observed diameter image TEM. magnetic properties tested a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) at room temperature. superparamagnetism when particle about 10 nm.
