摘要: Abstract The structure characteristics of alpha and beta phases on both sides phase boundary in Ti-6Al-4V subjected to high energy shot peening were investigated via high-resolution transmission electron microscope. results indicated that the incoherent was considerably active dislocation resource stress concentration owing plastic mismatch two offered larger driving force for nucleation motion. Correspondingly, twins completely suppressed nearby boundary. Because diversity grain refinement levels phases, coordination deformation behaviors analyzed based ratio dα/dβ, which dα dβ average sizes respectively. As dα/dβ above 10 below 30, with extremely tiny promoted pileup sizes. In contrast, as 3 10, severely work-hardening multiplication phase. 3, higher orientation factor primarily plastically deformed motion other phase, further resulting crystal rotation equiaxed ultrafine grains nanograins.
