摘要: Octanol-water partition coefficients are the most widely used measure of lipophilicity in modelling biological partition/distribution. It has long been recognised that retention a compound reversed-phase liquid chromatography is governed by its lipophilicity/hydrophobicity, and thus shows correlation with an octanol-water coefficient. A great number publications have reported efforts made to adjust HPLC conditions surrogate coefficients. However, there no general consensus this field. provides platform various types can provide relevant information about compounds' property. In way be more valuable than just for partition. Chromatography using biomimetic stationary phases may better insight partition/distribution processes. The research field still ongoing large variety suggested. This review will outline approaches overcoming difficulties standardisation describe different theoretical comparison data obtained under conditions, along relation these results
