摘要: The requirement for specific T cell subsets in the vitro generation of human influenza virus-immune cytotoxic lymphocyte (CTL) responses was investigated. Peripheral blood populations were identified by and selected their reactivity with monoclonal antibodies OKT3, OKT4, OKT8. Influenza CTL effectors are OKT3+, OKT4-, OKT8+. Analysis precursors demonstrates that: 1) influenza-immune OKT8+; 2) require radioresistant OKT3+ helper cells order to generate strong responses; 3) can be obtained from either OKT4+ or OKT4- populations, but more potent help generated subset. demonstration a suggests that may involved previously documented HLA-linked Ir gene control responsiveness.
