摘要: Abstract The preferentially (100)-oriented 0.9Na 0.5 Bi TiO 3 –0.1BiFeO (NBT–BFO) solid solution thin films with and without Ce substitution were grown on a LaNiO (100)/Si substrate via metal organic decomposition method. effects of doping the crystalline structure, leakage current ferroelectric property NBT–BFO film investigated. diffraction peaks shift to higher angle as result shrinkage in unit-cell volume by substitution. At electric fields, presents Poole–Frenkel emission consistent high current, whereas Ce-doped film, dominant mechanism is changed space-charge-limited conduction, density reduced two orders magnitude. Compared rounded polarization hysteresis loops substantial enhancement ferroelectricity has been achieved remanent ( P r ) 32.3 μC/cm 2 . capacitance–voltage curves show butterfly shape, degree enhanced more increasing applied voltage.
