摘要: In order to find out the potential indicators predicting prognosis of malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) after surgical resection, we collected clinical records 80 patients with GISTs. Tumor location, size, mitotic index, necrosis were compared GISTs by Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test. After a median follow-up 844 days (52–2 145), found that as National Institutes Health suggested, intermediate risk had more favorable than high risk. Their 3-year survival rate 65.3% 41.3%, respectively (P 10 cm 62.3% 41.8%, = 0.002), Tumors index ⩽ 5/50 HPF higher > (67.1% versus 40.7%, P 0.005). The presence was directly related behavior. for absence 50.8% 64.8% 0.008). From present study, can conclude besides size tumor location also influence on long-term patient resection.
