SITIE: a health care workstation integration architecture for epidemiologists

摘要: SITIE is a workstation devoted to epidemiological data selection, analysis, and representation. Epidemiological are collected using the French Communicable Diseases computer Network stored in an Oracle database. Disease selection spatial temporal representations can be done user friendly graphic interface. automatically generates SQL requests database, extracts data, processes it according user's choice, represents data. built upon AVS package allows creation of new applications previously developed modules linked together form network. viewed as tool box for representations.
