摘要: To clarify the effects of lung function following exposure to diesel engine exhaust (DEE), we recruited 137 testing workers exposed DEE and 127 non-DEE-exposed as study subjects. We performed tests measured cytokinesis-block micronucleus (CBMN) cytome index levels urinary polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) metabolites. There was a significant decrease forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), ratio vital capacity (FEV1/ FVC), maximal mid flow curve (MMF), at 50% FVC (FEF50%), 75% (FEF75%) DEE-exposed than (all p<0.05). Among all subjects, decreases FEF75% were associated with increasing PAHs meta-bolites (p<0.05), there negative correlations between FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MMF, FEF50%, CBMN Our results show that long-term can induce decline which shows mainly obstructive changes influence small airways function. The decreased is internal dosage exposure, accompany index.
