摘要: A polyamide-based solid-phase support containing an acid-stable p-(oxymethyl)benzoic acid handle to anchor the COOH-terminal amino was utilized in production of synthetic peptides analogous sequences 503-532 from human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) envelope glycoprotein. The resin-bound peptide used induce antibody response native form glycoprotein 120 both rabbits and mice. This epitope detected on surface HIV-infected cells capable inducing vitro neutralizing HIV response. In addition, sera some individuals exposed react with this bound resin a immunoassay. These data indicate that we have identified antigenic determinant present amino-terminal subunits by utilizing peptides.
