摘要: In a liquid (22 degrees C) saturated with and in contact powdered bone apatite, the fluoride ion activity was adjusted to 1-10 parts/10(6). Due fluorapatite (FAP) supersaturation produced hereby, rapid formation of this salt occurred leading decrease concentration ions involved. When no more available liquid, concentrations calcium phosphate increased again, due dissolution presumably hydroxyapatite (HAP). Fifty four rats were given either 10, 20, or 40 mg NaF per kg body weight intraperitoneally. The animals sacrificed from 5 min 96 h after injection. plasma peak, which it decreased. Plasma decreased remained low until had attained normal levels. intensity mineralization growing dental hard tissue monitored on microradiographs. Corresponding peak calcium, hypermineralized layer formed while hypomineralized zone during increase disappearance fluoride. Similarities dissimilarities between vitro vivo experiments are discussed.
