Effect of electron-phonon interaction and external magnetic field on the bound state in the Anderson-Holstein model: an improved variational treatment

摘要: The single-impurity Anderson-Holstein model is investigated in the presence of a magnetic field by an improved variational method. phonon degrees freedom are first eliminated modified Lang-Firsov transformation followed zero-phonon averaging. resulting Hamiltonian then treated cluster method to study effects electron-phonon interaction and on ground state energy, local moment binding energy between impurity conduction electrons.
