摘要: We proposed a fractal-based dual-mode bandpass filter (BPF) using standard CMOS process for application of 60GHz WirelessHD system. first investigated the effect coupling feedlines I/O ports set at different layer M3 and M4 on transmission loss resonator, verified nature filter. Experimental result shows that designed with fractional-bandwidth (FBW) 23%, an insertion about 7dB return larger than 10dB. Additionally, two zeros are appeared passband edges, thus much improve selectivity BPF. The indicates structure is feasible can meet requirement in mm-wave application.
