摘要: Objective To review the updated research on neuroprotection in glaucoma, and summarize potential agents investigated so far. Data sources The data this were collected from PubMed Google Scholar databases published English up to September 2012, with keywords including neuroprotection, retinal ganglion cells, both alone combination. Publications past ten years selected, but important older articles not excluded. Study selection Articles about glaucoma selected reviewed, those that are cited identified by search strategy judged relevant also included.
