摘要: The imaging performance of a recently developed digital flat-panel detector system was compared with conventional screen-film in an observer preference study. In total, 34 image pairs various regions the skeleton were obtained 24 patients; 30 included images acquired 250- and 400-speed combinations, using standard technique our department. Within hours, identical exposure parameters. employed large-area (43×43 cm) based on amorphous silicon (Trixell Pixium 4600), integrated Bucky table. Six radiologists independently evaluated respect to latitude, soft tissue rendition, rendition periosteal enosteal border cortical bone, cancellous bone visibility potentially present pathological changes, subjective five-point scale. rated significantly (p=0.001) better than latitude. Also (p=0.05) for detector. lesions equivalent; only sclerotic (n=2) seen superiorly images. new appears be at least equivalent combinations skeletal examinations, most respects even superior.
