摘要: Organo-metal halide perovskites are composed of an ABX3 structure in which A represents a cation, B divalent metal cation and X halide. The organo-metal perovskite shows very good potential to be used as light harvester solar cells due its direct band gap, large absorption coefficient, high carrier mobility stability. However, there is important question the photovoltaic field regarding most advantageous architecture for based cells. Several studies showed sensitized achieving performance, while efficiency was also observed with planar architecture. Consequently, it still open operation mechanism offers better results. This review describes both architectures, on field. In case structure, more difficulties pore filling, naturally recombination, possibility use thicker oxide films. thin films used, less recombination no infiltration problems. Both architectures exhibit long-range diffusion length meet demand excellent coverage film.
