摘要: Results of ground based experiments on spectral reflectance dock leaves using a ZEISS spectrometer MCS501 UV-NIR with 2.5 nm resolution clearly show the well known induction kinetics chlorophyll fluorescence when dark adapted were exposed to continuous illumination. This observed feature demonstrates origin transient behavior caused by natural or sun-induced fluorescence. The time constant decline sun induced is identical obtained simultaneously PAM (Pulse Amplitude Modulation) fluorometer. airborne measurements sensor ROSIS (Reflective Optics System Imaging Spectrometer) demonstrate for first that can be derived from hyperspectral data. new method presented here uses absorption atmospheric oxygen at 762 nm, which fits better wavelength than Fraunhofer line 656 nm. results maps green vegetation. New spatial and temporal features are observable agricultural fields supporting hypothesis information photosynthesis plant stress may extracted in future areal observation
