摘要: Primary and secondary hypertriglyceridemia is common in the general population, but biochemical basis for this disease largely unknown. With use of transgenic technology, two lines mice were created that express human apolipoprotein CIII gene. One these mouse with 100 copies gene was found to large amounts protein be severely hypertriglyceridemic. The other line one expressed low protein, nevertheless manifested mild hypertriglyceridemia. Thus, overexpression can a primary cause vivo may provide possible etiology disorder humans.
