摘要: The breeding value (EBV) of Holstein cattle milk performance from the first lactation was evaluated using a regular Animal Model or by Single-Step Prediction genomic (GEBV). A total 838 bulls were genotyped Illumina BovineSNP50 Bead Chip V2. Two overlapping sets performances evaluated: calving years 1991-2004, with 729 341 lactations and 1 394 487 animals in pedigree 1996-2009, 808 436 608 pedigree. older data set included 526 bulls, which daughters' known for 210 individuals. All newer set. Of young set, 279 had more than 50 daughters records Genomic relationship matrices (G ) constructed allele frequencies current popula- tion assuming constant 0.5 all loci. Using frequencies, correlation G (A 0.74, while it 0.77 when used. blended weights 80 99%. average EBV exceeded mean entire population 3 SD. Although number reference small, genotyping resulted an increase approximately 0.05 GEBV their results after progeny testing.
