摘要: Summary The chloroplast-specific glycolipids monogalactosyldiacylglycerol, digalactosyldiacylglycerol, sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol and the prenylquinones α-tocopherol, plastoquinone-9 phylloquinone were formed in 70S ribosome-deficient leaf tissue of rye seedlings grown at a non-permissive temperature 32°C. In light 32°-grown leaves chlorotic. Etiolated contained about 50% protochlorophyll(ide) content control from permissive growth conditions (22°C). As chloroplasts, monogalactosyldiacylglycerol digalactosyldiacylglycerol predominating polar lipids isolated bleached plastids. Sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol phospholipids phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylglycerol phosphatidylinositol also present. same molecular species as 22°-grown leaves. under linoleic linolenic acid prevailing fatty acids galactolipids All enzymes biosynthesis chloroplast must be synthesized on cytoplasmic 80S ribosomes. accord with reduction thylakoid system ratio to was lower than normal green etiolated either 32°C or 22°C amounts did not differ markedly. However, glycolipid prenylquinone contents remained almost low darkness, while several-fold increases accompanied greening light. data suggest that light-mediated increase depends availability chlorophyll. steroidal saponins oat slightly higher darkness showed no specific relationship presence etioplasts.
