摘要: Aim: To evaluate the association between liver stiffness measured by transient elastography (FibroScan) and efficacy of long-term nucleoside analog (NA) treatment for patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Study 1: Forty-four HBV had FibroScan underwent biopsy. 2: Group A: 22 started NA at entry was done annually 3 years. B: 23 prior to pretreatment measurement, from 3 5 years after start treatment. Results: The values were significantly correlated fibrosis stage (r = 0.672, P < 0.0001). Optimal cutoff 6.1 kPa for ≥ F1, 6.3 kPa for ≥ F2, 8.9 kPa for ≥ F3 12.0 kPa F4. For A, baseline median value 8.2 kPa. decreased 3 years (6.4 kPa, 5.8 kPa 5.3 kPa years 1, 2 3, respectively). B, did not improve over treatment. Conclusions: Liver stiffness, elastography, B treated showed a rapid decline in first followed more steady transition irrespective long term virological effect.
