摘要: Background The optimal treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is surgical resection. However, only a small percentage of patients are operative candidates. The authors aimed to assess novel combination laparoscopic radiofrequency (LRF) with selective intrahepatic vascular occlusion (SIHVO) obtain an increased rate total necrosis and reduced local HCC recurrences.
