摘要: In this chapter we present the fabrication and characterization of Co nanodeposits, showing that varying growth parameters such as electron current, beam accelerating voltage, precursor flow, substrate temperature has significant impact on subsequent magnetic properties. Compositional analysis these nanodeposits was done in situ.
