摘要: VITREOUS detachment is a constant accompaniment and thus cardinal symptom of retinal detachment, the importance which being increasingly stressed by modern authors. It has been indicted as one causes its action enhanced vitreo-retinal adhesions, congenital or acquired. less known that all aphakic eyes show some degree vitreous fact first mentioned Heinz (1944) in report to Ophthalmological Society Vienna (Hruby, 1950). Cataract extraction with aid alpha-chymotrypsin since become common practice, we wished also investigate whether use this enzyme affects incidence eyes. To ascertain bore any relationship aphakia, compared phakic persons same age group our patients.
