摘要: Abstract : A laboratory study was conducted to determine the stability, wave transmission, reflection, and energy dissipation characteristics of reef breakwaters. Reef breakwaters are low-crested structures comprised a homogeneous pile stone with individual weights in range those ordinarily used armor first underlayer traditional multilayered The included over two hundred tests, all using irregular conditions. Results discussed summarized through use equations fit data. data well, consistent physics various phenomena as they currently understood, approach logical limiting values. Important findings include: (a) stability model which can predict degree - degradation structure function severity attack; (b) transmission capable predicting amount transmitted for both submerged nonsubmerged reefs; (c) reflection makes accurate predictions reflected from wide conditions heights; (d) predicts incident dissipated by reef.
