摘要: This paper describes the development of a management model to control barriers devised prevent major hazard scenarios. Additionally, an audit technique is explained that assesses quality such system. The final purpose quantify those aspects system have direct impact on reliability and effectiveness and, hence, probability scenarios involved. First, outline given its elements are explained. Then, described. Because uses actual within these as focus, achieves concreteness clarity many other techniques often lack. However, this strength also limitation, since full safety not covered with technique. Finally, some preliminary experiences obtained from several test sites compiled discussed.
