摘要: Motivated by problems in conservation biology we study genetic dynamics structured populations of diploid organisms (monoecious or dioecious). Our analysis provides an analytical framework that unifies substantial parts previous work terms exact identity descent (IBD) and state (IBS) recursions. We provide conditions under which two haploid are equivalent, some sufficient a dioecious population can be treated as monoecious one. The IBD recursions used for computing local metapopulation inbreeding coancestry effective sizes predictions several types fixation indices over different time horizons.
