摘要: A description is given of a high-resolution (~10−3 cm−1) spectrometer with an automated data acquisition and processing system, which can be used to record simultaneously both infrared Raman spectra substance in the frequency range 1900–5000 cm−1. The results are study rotational structure vibrational states ν1(a1) ν3(f2) 28SiH4 molecule.
