摘要: Introduction We aimed to assess the current scope of handoff education and practice among resident physicians in academic centers, propose a standardized algorithm for transition care from emergency department (ED) an inpatient setting. Methods This was cross-sectional survey targeted at medicine residency programs United States (US). The Web-based consisted multiple choice, completion, Likert scale items distributed potential subjects through listserv. A panel experts used modified Delphi approach develop ED handoff.
