摘要: Health-related quality of life (HRQL) corresponds to a multidimensional concept, summarized as the satisfaction individuals with their life, specifically related individual’s perception his/her health status (somatic well mental) and limitations functioning health, independent socioeconomic conditions. All aspects are considered reported by patients. In metabolic diseases, any chronic condition, HRQL has become relevant target interventions, there is evidence that in diabetes obesity participation programs physical activity significantly associated better HRQL, not limited domains, but extending mental health. actors therapeutic process need reconsider importance activity. It very demanding challenge for coming years.
