摘要: Abstract An efficient, practical and facile procedure has been developed for the oxidation of primary secondary alcohols using IBX-TfOH catalytic system in 1,4-dioxane at ambient temperature. The reaction affords quantitative yields corresponding carbonyl compounds without formation over oxidized products. present synthetic protocol is compatible with a variety substrates having arene, heteroarene alkene functionalities. can be used higher scale reactions as evident by alcohol 1 g simple filtration process.
